Dear Friends, Family, Neighbors and Colleagues,

As you may know, Michelle and I are relocating to take advantage of a career opportunity.  We are listing our home for sale as of March 3rd and the house will be open for walk throughs on March 8th and 15th.  It is important to us that we find a buyer or buyers who will be a great fit for our neighbors and who can appreciate the intangible benefits of such a wonderful neighborhood, Southgate.  Please share this with friends and family who might have an interest in moving to the northern Marin area.

We love living in Southgate for so many reason, here are just a few:

1) Walking distance to all Hamilton has to offer within just a few blocks: public pools, parks, Little League, soccer fields, racquet ball, tennis, basketball, Novato Public Library, Art Museum, and the Hamilton Cafe.

2) Living on the levee is a little piece of heaven.

• Easy access to the Bay Trail
• Views across the Hamilton Wetlands and the Bay from the Berkely hills to Napa; including MT. Diablo, the Carquinez Bridge and Sears Point.   Enjoy the city lights at night from the master bed and bath.
• A wonderful sea breeze keeps us cool in the summer.
• We enjoy watching the waterfowl, raptors and shore birds during the day and listening to the frogs. 

3) Quiet cul de sac like living with little traffic in the back corner on Maybeck.

4) Easy morning commute to San Francisco with recently completed road construction.

5) The best group of neighbors we have ever had the pleasure to share our lives with.
